I was on my side when I woke up, my nose in the pillows. Ever since, the right side of the tip of my nose has been extremely tender. There is no bruising or swelling, but hurts if I poke the tip. I can breathe fine. Today (5 days after injury) the tip of my nose feels numb. Is it possible I cracked my cartilage in sleep?
