I want my side profile to look slimmer, less chubby, less puffy, less bulbous. Any advice?

I would begin with your brow first. I think the distance between your eyebrows and forehead is too high. I recommend the incision along the hairline to lower your brow and pull the eyebrows up higher. Your eyebrows should be at the level of the orbital rim, not below. You would also benefit from a rhinoplasty. A rhinoplasty can narrow the tip of the nose making it more defined and straighten the dorsum. You would also benefit from a chin implant.

To give you an overall slimming appearance to the face something as little as a liquid rhinoplasty combined with possible buccal fat pad removal And a small amount of lip enhancement would help change the proportions of your face significantly.
