I have 205cc high profile implants. Should I have gone with a wider mod plus profile, or larger implant to better suit my frame?

I wanted to look and feel as natural as possible, but had very little tissue. 4'11 95lbs 32 AA/A. I decided to go with silicone, and liked sizes in 200 - 250 range. I was very narrow, measured 9cm, so this gave me two options 205cc HP or 260 XtraHP. My surgeon mentioned that I could go with a mod plus in the 220 range but it would be wider and look more artificial. I chose the 205cc HP but now worry that my implants dont fill out my chest enough and my breasts still look narrow for my frame.
