I had a breast augmentation in 2014. I did silicone 304cc implants. I wanted a natural look. Now I want to go bigger. I'm rather petite 5'2 114 pounds and am aware that what I want no longer looks natural. I'm just wondering if I should do silicone or saline? And what cc? 500-650? These are some wish pics.
Answer: Implant size and type Dear mccarlisle, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: “Augmented” look breast augmentation From your wish pictures, it appears you want an augmented look with larger implants.Without your own pictures I cannot know for sure, however to achieve this look I would generally recommend the following:1. Using a high profile implant which adds significant projection. Cc’d will depend on several factors so it’s hard to say.2. Performing internal support/bra to support the inframammary fold and push implant towards the cleavage 3. +/- fat grafting to sculpt the cleavage lines.Make sure you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon and be clear with your goals. The wish pics are very useful.

Answer: Silicone vs saline implants Thanks for your inquiry, I would recommend a extra high profile silicone implant to achieve the projection and fullness you desire. A high profile saline device filled to its max fill range would achieve the same effect, good luck.

Answer: Implants None of those photos look natural, and the size you are considering will be large and heavy on your frame. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being measured, and trying on that additional weight so you can get an idea of what you might have. Large implants also stretch and thin your tissue, and tend to sag with time.
