I have been offered new implants from polytech after receiving replacement operation. What is wrong with right implant? (Photo)

I would like to know opinion of surgeon as to what is wrong with right implant. And if any silicone left in would be causing pain.polytech have agreed to replace these implants I now had put in August. The pictures I have sent are before replacement with mentor and second picture of right implant with polytech
