I had implants 14 years ago 500cc I was 34AA. two years ago I decided they looked so fake and huge and got them replaced to 375cc to make them look and feel more realistic. Now 2 years later I am just starting to feel that they are small without a bra. With clothes and bra on they look ok I guess. I weigh 60 kg and 164 cm height and aged 39. Do you think it's worth it going bigger? My bra size is 34C and 32DD currently. It's just the look without a bra that makes me feel they are small now.
