Hi, I have a buttocks which I feel is too big and uncomfortable when wearing jeans. I have bulky gluteus muscle that can't be reduced but I also have a fair amount of diet resistent fat deposit on my buttocks which is what I would like to have reduced as much as possible. Therefore I would like to know if it would be possible for me to get some kind of buttock reduction with a liposuction and tightening of the buttocks area. I want it as small as possible and don't care if it gets a flat shape.
