I think you would benefit from liposuction of the buttocks but be sure to get it done under tumescent local by your board certified derm surgeon for best results.

thank you for the pics. Buttock reshaping is best done with the patient standing upright. I have done this on women as well as men. it takes time but it does make a difference. if you like to talk more about this then please call my office and we can discuss this further. I don't have permission to share the photos of the patients I have done over the internet but I can show them to you while in the office. I would not recommend getting this procedure done with you laying down. as the risks of getting defects is very high if this procedure is not done right. I do a lot of revision surgeries and defects in this area are very hard to fully correct. 

The amount of reduction possible is directly correlated to the thickness of subcutaneous fat.The fat over the central box contains a lot of connective tissue fibers.This gives that area stability to tolerate the pressure of sitting.This connective tissue can at times make liposuction more difficult.These bands of connective tissue you are also would cause some people to get cellulites.I appreciate you posting the pictures especially pinching your skin.Remember when you're pinching skin you have two layers of skin and the two layers of fat pushed together.The true subcutaneous fat layer is generally much thinner than what people appreciate from pinching their skin.I suggest having several in person consultations with board-certified plastic surgeon's that have ample expertise in liposuction.While almost all plastic surgeons have some experience with liposuction there appears to be a wide range of talent with this procedure.Consider looking up elite body sculpture since they are close to where you areBest,Mats Hagstrom M.D.

Hello and thank you for your question!It is possible to have a liposuction around the area of the buttocks to give them a more round and smaller shape.
