I'm 31, F, 158lbs and 5'7". I have fat on my lower legs including the front of my shins, in a way that significantly reduces the aesthetic of my leg and makes me self conscious to wear anything that shows the area. It's the only area of my body that does not seem responsive to exercise or weight loss. Is this an area that can be treated by lipo? If yes, what type? And would there be a Canadian provider?
