Is best that you discuss with a board-certified plastic surgeon, your expectations as far as contouring. It seems you are a very good candidate for achieving what you have explained. One concern would be the laxity of your skin after removal of quite a bit of fat. You should discuss this with your surgeon prior to any procedure.
