Does it look like I have medium or thin skin thickness? I want to deproject and refine my tip.

The shape of your tip is primarily due to the shape of the cartilages beneath the skin. In your case your skin is on the thinner side so you see the cartilage more clearly. You should get a great result if the tip is done well. Good luck.

Common cosmetic concerns include a dorsal hump, wide nose, sunken nose, irregularities, and asymmetries. With your provided pictures, your skin doesn't seems to be thick. Tip refining is achievable and if you want a bridge narrowing could be done too, to balance with your new tip's size.
