I'm getting rhinoplasty tomorrow. Is it OK that I ate food containing vitamin e?

I'm getting a rhinoplasty tommorow and ate a burger that has sunflower oil. And that has vitamin e. Is that bad or will I be fine? IDKif the actual vitamin e is bad or if it has some in food too I'm scared
