I Love Dr. Yaremchuk’s work, he is extremely talented when it comes to the aesthetics of the face. He is amazing!!!!! His expertise as a plastic surgeon and aesthetic are superb!!! The recent facelift I had with Dr. Yaremchuk quite simply changed my life. As a previous patient of his, I had great expectations going in. But he far, far exceeded them. The results were extraordinary. He totally transformed the shape of my face, making it smoother, tighter, and more sculpted, while keeping it all completely natural. This was an outcome far better than I ever thought possible.


I MAY LOOK 15 YEARS YOUNGER, BUT THE REAL MIRACLE HERE IS HOW I FEEL. Recharged and refreshed, I feel like a younger, better, happier version of myself. This was the "lift" I didn't expect.

Dr. Yaremchuk recently performed my rhinoplasty surgery, and it is fantastic! I had a large hooked nose, and now my nose is in proportion to the rest of my face. I am so glad that I went ahead with the surgery!

Good, and even better results hats off to this MD! Took his time and clearly used his techniques! Satisfied and pleased with the work he has performed. I can tell he cares about his work and wants to do the best for each individual patient! Takes his job seriously, mentor to young trainees humble with his staff. 

I flew all the way from Australia to see Dr Yaremchuk, 7 months post op I am beyond satisfied with the results. Dr Yaremchuk truly is a genius, a master of his craft and one of the best plastic surgeons in the world!
After doing a year or so of research I knew. Dr Y was the only man I would trust for the job.
He is a busy man and due to the time difference it took 3 tries to have our initial skype consultation. But I must say he was worth the wait. During our consultation I requested a fairly dramatic facial augmentation with sharp, chiselled, angular and defined features, he suggested custom CT designed implants and requested that I send him pictures of the type of look I wanted to emulate which I sent to him in a detailed report (with different celebrities and instagram models) A few weeks later I received Dr Y's designs, initially I requested a slight amendment in the chin and Jaw but he advised against saying the results will be great if I leave it as is. I must say he has an insane eye for detail and was 100% correct.!
I planned to spend about 3 weeks in Boston, a couple days before surgery getting everything ready and then 2 weeks after to recuperate and stay close. I saw Dr Y in person 2 days before surgery and we sat, looked at my designs and discussed what would be done again. On the day of surgery he came to see me in the waiting room again asked if I had any further questions to ask him and again confirmed that we were on the same page and what we were going to do.
After surgery I chose to spent the night at the Boston Centre with a private nurse allocated to me.
The next morning I was discharged and picked up by a family member who was staying with me. I then saw Dr Y around 3 days, 7 days and 12 days after surgery for follow ups before flying back to Australia.
After surgery I must say patience is key. I can-not stress this enough. I have thick skin and swelling resolves slower with me and the results really only started to come into their own at around the 6-month mark. Now that the swelling has more or less resolved (still have residual swelling in my nose) I am very satisfied with the results of Dr Yaremchuk’s work. He truly is a master of his craft, and the “Michelangelo” of facial sculpting!
No other person in the world could have done it. Dr Y did it with flying colors!! Exceeded expectations and went above and beyond what I thought was truly possible.
I look in the mirror now and I like what I see. Thank you tremendously Dr Y and team for everything you have done for me!

Design attached. Implant size as requested was big with prominent Ogee curve, and cleft chin which is visible under certain lights. There was also 8.2mm anterior projection in the chin. Feel free to DM for any more questions or pictures.

It’s been just over 2.5 years since my surgery, for all those asking I have attached updated photos with all the swelling subsided. Everything I said in my original post I stand by completely, Dr Yaremchuk is without a doubt the best plastic surgeon in the world!! The results speak for themselves. Thank you for everything Dr Y, I am truly forever grateful!

I recently had surgery with Dr. Yaremchuk. The results were spectacular! IT WAS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE. He transformed my face, but more importantly, he changed the way I feel about myself. Is there anything more important in life than that?

I never write reviews. I am writing this now only to tell you what I wish someone told me.

1. YOUR BIGGEST DECISION, BY FAR, IS CHOOSING THE RIGHT SURGEON.

Dr. Yaremchuk is, quite simply, the best craniofacial surgeon anywhere. He specializes in Bespoke (or individually customized) facial cosmetic surgery. He is internationally recognized as the leader in his field. People come from around the country, and all over the world, to see him. There is no one like him, and no one better. He is in a class by himself. The man works miracles. He transforms faces, and changes lives.

2. HIS STAFF IS AMAZING.

Dr. Yaremchuk has assembled around him a talented team of superstars. They are all top professionals in their respective fields. They will exceed your expectations. They will go above and beyond for you.

3. WAITING IS A MISTAKE.

If you don't like what you see in the mirror, what's going to change? Will you look better tomorrow? Will you look younger? Will your skin get firmer, tighter, more sculpted? MY ONLY REGRET IS NOT DOING THIS SOONER.

4. TRUST IS EVERYTHING.

Dr. Yaremchuk will tell you very honestly what is possible. He often recommends less, not more. He is an expert practitioner of UPOD (under promise, over deliver). He has a brilliant sense of aesthetics, and can devise the perfect solution for any problem. That is why he is so highly sought after for revisionist surgery (surgery to correct prior unsuccessful procedures). He cares passionately about his patients. Trust him. He will find a way to help you.

5. ABOUT THE COST.

Plastic surgery is not cheap. But the best things in life never are. Think about all the superficial things we waste money on. This is different. This is important. It is an investment in yourself. IT IS LIFE-CHANGING. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!!!

6. NONE OF THIS MATTERS BUT THE RESULTS.

Dr. Yaremchuk got me the results I wanted. And so much more. Now, every time I see him, I say just 2 words: FOREVER GRATEFUL! Because that is what I am, and always will be.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Dr Yaremchuk is a surgeon of unmatched talent and dedication. He will get you the results you want.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Yaremchuk and his staff!! After breaking my nose for a second time this past winter and recently discovering that at the age of 53 that I now had my grandmothers earlobes, I decided I wanted to make a change. I spent a lot of time researching plastic surgeons. Upon meeting Dr Y I was immediately put at ease. I found him to be very knowledgeable , soft spoken and sincere. He simple asked what it was that I did not like about my nose. He then went over what he could do for me. I did consult a couple of other surgeons but none had the credentials or stellar reviews that Dr Yaremchuk has. When it came time for the surgery I decided to let Dr Y give me the nose that he thought would best fit my facial structure. I did not show him any pictures of noses that I wanted. I put my trust in his very capable hands. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. My earlobes have been reduced to their original size and now my nose is very similar to that of my beautiful daughter.
I have recommended Dr Yaremchuk to many people and If I decide to have more procedures done in the future I would only go back to Dr Y.
And, one last thought, while I am sure that there was a lengthy list of procedures that the good doctor could of suggested for me, he only addressed what I had inquired about. This was not the case when I sought another surgeons opinion.

As someone who knows the bast of the best in NYC and Beverly Hills, I can honestly say Dr. Y is the most supurb plastic surgeon I've ever met. Choosing him for my procedure was the best decision I've ever made. His eye is impeccable. His talent beyond brilliant. Trust. I have unequivocal trust in this man. The highest complement I can give. Staff and facility A+++. Posting passport photos--the WORST pics anyone can have!! 10 years apart. 60 yo white male...who spent 50 years baking in the sun!! Oh...$$$...less than the celeb docs were going to charge me AS A FRIEND! Just FYI...

I had a custom jaw implant with Dr Y in May. Before surgery I provided the doctor with very specific edited images show the Dr what I wanted and didnt want. I had a pretty recessed chin and basically no jaw before the surgery and asked for something really sharp and defined. After that, I got a CT scan and he created the design for my implant. I was concerned the chin was going to be too big from what I saw but he assured me it would be fine (and it was). The staff was unbelievable. They responded to my emails (of which I sent many due to pre-surgery nerves) almost immediately and let me come in 4 times before surgery to go over everything.
The surgery was at the private surgical center on Comm Ave. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I woke up a few hours later in the recovery room. I had two nurses through the night. They were both incredibly kind and friendly and took great care of me. At this point I had drains in and was delirious.
I came home and realized half of my face was much more swollen. After a few days, on a Sunday, I called the doctor fearing that I had developed a hematoma. He opened the office to see me with the Dr Ratanshi who worked with Dr Y on the surgery. They went above and beyond by seeing me on a day off. They gave me a cortisone shot and over the course of a week the hematoma went away.
I came in a few times after whenever I was concerned but swelling went down pretty quickly. To be honest I looked like I was wearing a fat suit at first because my head looked so huge but im now around 2 months out and it looks fantastic. The scar on my chin has disappeared. I do still have two tiny red marks where the drains were placed but no one has noticed.
I feel a lot more confident. I'm thrilled with the results.

Final result... a few years onwards. I have some slight nerve damage on my right side (feels tingly) still and there is a small bump on the left side of the jawline where the chin and jaw section of the wraparound implant meet. For some reason it isn't smooth even though it should be.
