Is Kybella suitable for me? And would only 1 treatment be enough? (Photo)

I have very minimal body fat, with just a small pocket under my chin. There isn't that much there, but I would like to have a sharp jaw line. Would kybella do this for me? And do the number of treatments depend on how much fat there is, i.e. because there isn't much fat would 1-2 treatments be enough?

Yes you could do Kybella. You might need a couple of treatments so the cost would approach liposuction.  I would consider liposuction in your treatment alternatives as it could be done under local anesthesia in the office.

Each Doctor will have their own treatment protocols. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with your practitioners. It will take several weeks for results with Kybella. I hope this helps.

The paralysis should wear off with time as the nerve begins to regain it's function. This should take a few months, but won't be permanent.  you can try RF treatments like venus legacy and exilis ultra with steroids and neurontin to speed up the healing.  LED may also help.  Best, Dr. Emer
