I have very minimal body fat, with just a small pocket under my chin. There isn't that much there, but I would like to have a sharp jaw line. Would kybella do this for me? And do the number of treatments depend on how much fat there is, i.e. because there isn't much fat would 1-2 treatments be enough?

Kybella destroys fat cells by dissolving them on contact. Localized bruising, pain and swelling are noted. No additional skin tightening occurs. Tripollar radiofrequency causes fat cells to release their fat and also tightens skin. This combination is great to decrease the number of tretaments needed to address your concerns. I would recommend you have one dose of kybella (2 vials) with a treatment of tripollar 1 week before and 3 weeks after your kybella for best results. I recommend setting up a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to create a plan. Kybella does typically cause swelling for 1-4 weeks post treatment, we usually see our patients having the most swelling in the first week after treatment so you will want to schedule accordingly.
