If I could give Dr. Cerrati 10 stars I would! I genuinely think he’s the best in the country, and probably even the world. I had a deep plane facelift, deep plane necklift with platysmaplasty, rhinoplasty, lip implant removal, lip lift, and an SMAS graft to add some structure to my upper lip. I'm 44. I’ll add my photos in a month or two when the swelling has subsided. So first, let me explain why I chose Dr. Cerrati and why you should too. When I decided it was time to do all these life-changing procedures, I dip a deep dive with just about every well-known surgeon there is. From New York City to Los Angeles, Miami to Seattle. I even met with someone in Seoul, South Korea. And I lived in Istanbul for a little over a year so yes, I considered that too. I'm happy to explain via DM some of the reasons I opted against everyone else, but I'd rather focus on why I opted FOR Dr. Cerrati. First: his resume. His training and experience as a trauma surgeon is largely unmatched in his field. Dr. Cerrati has experience with just about anything that might come up in an operating room. There is no room for error when it comes to your face, and I just had a deep down God voice telling me to steer clear of some very popular surgeons who didn't have Dr. Cerrati's credentials. Second reason I chose Dr. Cerrati: his results, of course. I was suspicious of doctors who post before-and-afters where the 'after' is in makeup and has a filter on her. Do you really know how the work looks? How does it look in person with no makeup on? Some popular surgeons' work looks cartoonish in person, as I discovered. Dr, Cerrati’s results are lovely and yet absolutely natural. Everyone looks like a refreshed, improved, more beautiful version of themselves. But I don’t think the magnitude of Dr. Cerrati’s knowledge, confidence, humility, and attention to detail really comes across over virtual consult. You really must meet him in person to know how amazing a surgeon he is. I tend to be a high-anxiety person, with a very low pain tolerance. And Dr. Cerrati performed a really complex complicated combination of things on my face. Once I met him my anxiety dropped to zero. I literally had zero fear walking into surgery. And after surgery: I had no pain. Zero. My pain on a scale of 1-10 was never about a 1. And that '1' was when they put in my IV. The night after my surgery I had to sleep with a head wrap on. That was uncomfortable so Dr. Cerrati provided medication to help. He likewise provided pain medication - but I honestly never needed it. After surgery I have read horror stories about taping noses and wearing crazy head wraps for months. I'm 6 days post-op and need none of that. I actually breathe much better now through my nose (although that wasn't the point of surgery) because Dr. Cerrati took the time to open up my nasal passages. So now for the most important part: my results. My face and neck lift are perfect. Everything is tight and lifted. No strange residual affects like a down-turned smile or pinched ears like I've seen in others' work. My neck, face, and all my skin looks amazing and just a younger version of myself. My lips: Dr Cerrati pulled out my lip implants and completely reshaped my mouth. he created a perfectly shaped, totally natural, lifted lip that works perfectly and harmoniously with the rest of my face. My nose: I had a very pronounced nose that I by-and-large liked, except it turned down at the end and looked 'ski slopey' and 'witchy'. Dr. Cerrati kept everything I loved about my nose and created a perfect, natural upturn that looks like I was born with it. I will add pictures to the review in a month or two once the residual swelling is gone. In the meantime, choose Dr. Cerrati! It's a life-changing decision you'll be so happy with.

I had a terrible fall while in the mountains at the beginning of June, I shattered my orbit, cheek and jaw. I called Dr Cerrati's office Monday after the accident, he saw me immediately the next day and I had surgery the following week. I had to have my jaw wired shut, I was terrified as I am claustrophobic and a huge post-op puker. His team at the U of U was amazing, I didn't have any nausea at all and I tolerated the entire procedure very well. Dr Cerrati has great bedside manner and he was very reassuring throughout the entire process. I did my research looking for him and he is dual board certified in plastics and head/neck surgery. You cannot find better!!! I am a busy nurse-midwife and I was back to work within a month of the accident, for that myself and my pregnant mamas are very thankful!!!

I specifically appreciated his attentiveness to my questions, natural approach, and multiple accommodations based on my specific needs and schedule. They have a passion for their work and it showed. The procedure I had done was lip augmentation/lip filler. Before coming to Dr. Cerrati’s office, I’d had lip injections one other time. There truly is no comparing the different experiences and results. Plastic surgery is an art, and the surgeon you choose is so important! Dr. Cerrati is the ONLY surgeon I trust with my face. I am sooo excited about my results and cannot wait to go back to his office!! I adamantly recommend Dr. Cerrati for facial plastic surgery.

Dr Cerrati and Haley were such a delight to work with. From the first consultation to the final check in, I was so appreciative of their attentiveness and open communication to make sure I was happy. He made clear from the beginning that his goal was to enhance my natural features. Dr Cerrati is a truly skilled surgeon, and I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I came to see Dr. Cerrati after having a total Thyroidectomy earlier this year. The surgery didn't go as planned and I had to have a few other emergency surgeries right after. The scarring from all the surgeries didn't look very good and I had some tethering underneath that needed to be taken care of. Dr. Cerrati was great about explaining everything that would be done to remove the scar tissue and reclose the skin. I also had lots of anxiety about having another surgery since I had such a bad experience last time. Dr. Cerrati and the staff were very understanding and accommodating about my anxiety. I am very pleased with the way my scar looks now. I am confident that the scar will fade considerably and it will hardly be noticeable. I do feel like there were some communication issues when I would call in but I believe that it was not the doctor's fault and that it was more overall staffing issues. Just make sure you talk to the right people and get the phone numbers for his nurse and then all will go great!

Dr. Cerrati is a class act with an impeccable precision and skillset. I had seen a few other surgeons for consultations prior to committing to surgery and he made me feel 100% confident that he could not only make my nose more functional but also address my collapsing nostrils. From start to finish the process was seamless. Every issue I had was addressed, he gave me the details of pre and post op, called me at home afterwards to make sure I was going ok, and his confidence really relieved all of my fears and made something I had been avoiding, really stress free. His staff members are on top of their game; both professionally capable and warm and kind. The results were aesthetically what I had hoped but also, truly life changing in terms of breathing and functionality. I am so thankful.

I AM SO HAPPY! My case was very complicated and the top plastic surgeon in my community did not want to take me. I didn’t think anyone could help me especially after both nasal valves started to collapse. I have a tiny nose and thin skin. The surgery came out amazing! I look fabulous and I can breathe!
