"I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restBest, Dr. Emer."
Hello!Kybella is FDA approved for submental fat reduction. I don't recommend putting it into the jowls to reduce that area, and it has no effectivity on skin laxity. Based on the picture you provided, I would recommend fillers to return the volume you have lost- that is what is causing the loose skin. You may also need a little bit of cheek enhancement with filler because, in a lot of cases, the loss of mid face volume enhances lower face problems. Collagen induction therapy with microneedling and lasers is perfect for someone in their 30's looking to prevent aging. Best of Luck! Glow Med Spa Encino
Hi there. After looking at your picture, I would recommend some filler in the chin area as well as a skin tightener (we have Exilis Ultra at our office but there are others). The filler will smooth the transition from what we call the "marionette lines" to the central chin and the skin tightener will "shrink wrap" the skin to the underlying structures. Hope this helps. Best wishes, Dr. Sawyer
Nonsurgical skin tightening with an energy based device like the newest generation Thermage FLX may be a great option for you. Thermage used radiofrequency (RF) energy to tighten skin by stimulating collagen production. Its a great treatment for patient with mild to moderate skin laxity.
It’s best to remember that aging occurs on all levels of the face, from bone to skin. It sounds like you have used Sculptra, which is an excellent product for this region. This enhances superficial and deep volume. More Sculptra May be warranted. On the surface, daily Retin A, a series of microneedling, and chemical peels can be very beneficial. Kybella could be used if you had under the chin excess fat, which is difficult to assess from your current photo.
