Lower cheeks or face sagging? 30 years old any help or suggestions what I can go get done? (Photos)

Kybella is barely acceptable under the chin.  Do not let some idiot destroy your face by injecting your cheeks with this product that causes unpredictable fat resorption from inflammation.  You have a very subtle issue with so much to loose if you talk yourself into a disastrous procedure.  Perish the though that you need a facelift.  If you were a patient of mine, I would explore if you have had hyaluronic acid fillers in your cheeks.  You have a bit of weakness in the depressor anguli oris area (at and below the corner of the mouth).  Volume here could be helpful.  However, it is essential to have the smallest volume in the face that gets the job done.  Whatever you do out there, please be careful.  Unfornunately, someone will do the thing you are asking for even if it is not the right thing.

Jowling is a common problem with aging and is best treated with facelift in an older patient. In your case, I would recommend "thread-lifting" procedure on the right side. The treatment requires minimal downtime and can provide a "lift" the side that sags. Other options include subdermal heating with new technologies such as Facetite, Profound oe Ultherapy. Good luck

Thank you for your photo. The area you are circling is the jowl area. This area is treated differently than the jawline. Kybella is used by some practitioners to accent the jawline, but it would is not ideal for the heavier jowls. A facelift is more common in older patients or patients who have more severe age-related jowling. There are several less invasive techniques to tighten that area including filler, radiofrequency, ultherapy, or thread lifts which can pull back the skin in the area similar to the way you are using your hand. Thanks for your question. You would benefit from treating with Voluma in the cheeks to help lift the lower face and reduce the jowling. It would also help balance the volume you have in your lips with the mid face and cheeks creating a more harmonious appearance.

Hi Latinchick213, In Aesthetics, we learn to accept that there's a variance to symmetry of the face - meaning, no one is perfectly symmtrical. You aren't jowly and what you are pointing at can be corrected with Threadlift or Restylane Lyft. I'm not absolutely sure (because of the distortion in the photo) but you may need a bit of volume on the cheeks.I'm a bit worried that your jaw might be reduced disproportionately because of the Botox for TMJ. Your are pointing to jowling that can be improved by non-invasive tightening.  Options such as Thermage or Ulthera may help but we prefer Profound RF in that it tightens more than the other.  I would not suggest Kybella in the jowls.  Seek out an consultation with a board-certified surgeon.  Best wishes.
