Can an Italian lip lift and an open rhinoplasty (alar base reduction) be done at the same time? (Photo)

I really want to kill two birds with one stone and get a (probably bullhorn) lip lift / open rhinoplasty at the same time BUT I understand it can compromise the blood flow and become a risk. Would an Italian lip lift pose the same risk? Can one have an Italian lip lift AND a rhinoplasty at the same time? Plus I am quite young (not in the typical age range for lip lifts...) and I am ethnic (scarring...).
