I really want to kill two birds with one stone and get a (probably bullhorn) lip lift / open rhinoplasty at the same time BUT I understand it can compromise the blood flow and become a risk. Would an Italian lip lift pose the same risk? Can one have an Italian lip lift AND a rhinoplasty at the same time? Plus I am quite young (not in the typical age range for lip lifts...) and I am ethnic (scarring...).

Thanks for your question on lip lift- a well done lip lift does not change the shape of the nose. The key is to suspend the lip from other tissues... If the lip is suspended from the nose... it will change the shape of the nose but a well done procedure will NOT change the nasal shape...
