Hello. I underwent breast augmentation January ‘22. Previously a 34B, 145lbs, & have a 5’4 stature. Breast width 13 & 13.5. Plastic surgeon placed 400 & 450 Naterelle high profile smooth silicone under muscle. Biggest he allowed at time. I’m ready for round two, I want bigger. I feel my breasts are far apart, lack upper pole, & are unsymmetrical. The breast gap is an eyesore Would 650 accommodate me? Will this correct my concerns? Thanks!
Answer: Breasts Your breasts naturally sit somewhat fat apart and the base of your breasts cannot be moved. I would suggest not increasing your size, but finding a bra to help push the girls together. Measurements are needed to be sure, but 650 will probably be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue, and just sag with time.

Answer: Probably a little too big, and may benefit from fat grafting Definitely you would need to be seen in person and examined to best answer this question, but based off of what you have said 650 might be a little too much implant for you. If your base width is actually 13.5cm, the largest implant that fits that (at least among the brands I use) is 580cc. Based off of your description and photos, you could use some capsule work to help push the implants together. The other thing that I consider in cases like yours is adding fat grafting. A little fat grafting to the upper and inner breasts can help create cleavage and upper pole fullness. It will also "make up" the volume you desire while sticking to a slightly smaller implant that what you're requesting.

Answer: Implants sitting too far apart A large space between the breasts can be caused be a number of different factors. In some women, the breast implant position contributes to the problem. In cases where the breast implants sit too far apart, the situation can be improved with the assistance of an internal bra. The internal bra can be used to modify the position of the implants to support them closer together. This extra support has the dual advantage of improved upper pole fullness. Sometimes using larger implants actually make the problem worse, because implants that are loo larger in diameter for the chest wall tend to fall towards the armpit (because the round shape to the underlying rib cage).

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Easygoing834693, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
