If I'm 4 months post op and my breast look like this and I am extremely unsatisfied what do I do? Can you tell me what is going on with my boobs and if they are going to look good with more time or if there is something wrong. I shouldn't have to live with deformed boobs for a year , it's beyond embarrassing and miserable. I was never told they would look like this for so long. I'm heart broken.
Answer: Do not worry, you have options It is hard to know without seeing preoperative photos and having operative records, but it seems that you either have some capsular contracture with that the implants that were placed her slightly too large for your body. You have a petite athletic figure and sometimes the implants or the implant profile that is chosen is not quite fitting of the patient's body

Answer: Implants Your implants are probably on the large side for your frame and tissue and are still sitting high. External ultrasound and wearing bands can be helpful.

Answer: BA results Dear Creative7129, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Breast deformity It certainly doesn't hurt to wait a year as things do change over time. I would not be surprised however if a revision will be needed to get you a better look. This may involve freeing up the pocket and possibly changing your implant type and maybe size.

Answer: Breast Revision Hello dear, I'm so sorry to hear your story. Seems like your implants could've been placed in a much better position. This is the primary problem. The entering point for implants should've been the nipple. I have no idea about how your breasts were before, but I think the nipples were facing down already. So my advice for you is to focus on your nipples first rather than the implants. And at the same surgery, your implants can be repositioned in a more aesthetic way. The most appropriate implant type would be the mentor because of their round shape. I think you would be happier with this kind of implant and if they are placed under the muscle, beautiful results are waiting for you. This is not an irreversible case. You seem quite young, you have a great life ahead of you, this subject shouldn't be an obstacle to your happiness. Especially when it's something that can be fixed! Be safe, be happy
