Would the surgery I need be considered a revision with an implant exchange, or just an implant exchange? (photos)

You would need a lift with the implant exchange. Please do not go too large because you will sag again from the extra weight.

I would recommend implant exchange to silicone implant, capsular tightening, and bilateral mastopexy. Your breasts are the final indicator of the implant volume as they can only tolerate a specific size volume.
