I had breast augmentation 6 months ago. When I lay down my right breast implant feels like is going under the fold and there is no definition on the fold when laying down. When standing it looks normal but it feels a little lower on the fold like pressure like feeling. Not sure what’s going or if I’ll need a revision.
Answer: Fold Problem This can happen with a poorly planned incision, poor technique, too large of an implant. or if you have risk factors for "implant bottoming out". You need a revision that would involve supporting the inframammary fold.

Answer: It might be solvable with adjustment bra, but if not, then revision should be considered. Thank you for your question. As the implant pocket on the right widens a little downward, there seems to be an interior malposition of the implant. You need to support it well with a bra so that the implant does not come down further. If it doesn't work after a few months of adjustment with an adjustment bra, you'll have to do it by the surgical method. It's a cosmetic problem, so re-surgery is not necessary, but if you want to correct it, you should consider getting revision surgery.

Answer: Implant It appears that your implant may be slipping down, especially when you lay down. I would wear underwire bra and go back to your surgeon.

Answer: Breast displacement on lying down Thank-you for your query. The breast implants, based on your pictures, appear to be in good position, although the incision may shift while lying down and the implants go into the lower part of the pocket. You should discuss your concerns with your Plastic surgeon who may advise measures to prevent further descent of the pocket. All the best!

Answer: BA results Dear F157, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
