What happens if pockets too tight for implants?

Question

I had an ultra sound and i got told that they saw wrinkles from the implants (implants were not completely smooth), because my pockets were small/implant diameter was too big for me.. so i was wondering will this cause complications overtime? And i was wondering people who have like crazy big implants like 600cc and up, dont they also deal with wrinkled implants inside the breast?!

pocket size and placement are very important for natural results. in case of tight pockets, implants will have reduced motion. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Women who choose too large and heavy implants for their frame and tissue will probably have some wrinkles.  Most are not bothered by such.  If this bothers you, then go with smaller implants.
