I'd like a nose similar to the shape of Penelope cruz. How much would it be and how difficult? (photos)

 A full set of pictures of the patient, not the celebrity is required before making any determination about what can and cannot be  performed. It's important to understand that rhinoplasty surgeons modify existing  bone and cartilage, underneath the skin tissue envelope. It is impossible to give someone  a celebrity nose from someone else. Computer imaging of the nose in the office setting would also be helpful in the education process  to see what can be accomplished

Hi1) you can't have someone else's nose but it is good to show your surgeon what type of nose you like so that he can use that in his discussions with you2) we need to see your nose and face pictures. Showing us what you like is only a part of the discussion. A semi similar nose may be possible or may be completely impossible depending on your nose's cartilage and skin anatomy 3) a nosejob does not necessarily change the lip4) the nose has to fit the face. Penelope is attractive but by many measures she needs a nosejob. Her nose is too long and crowds her upper lip and the tip is heavy. She gets away with it because the rest of her face is very attractive and her personality and roles she plays is also attractive usually. 5) Ultimately you're saying you want a more natural longer nose but has to be possible depending on the starting point and has to fit your face. 

Penelope Cruz does indeed have a characteristic nose that is unique to her. Just like your nose is undoubtedly unique to you! Unfortunately, it really isn't practical to obtain someone else's nose via rhinoplasty. It doesn't work like that. Instead, your nose can be specifically modified to make favorable changes. Have a consult with a highly-recommended rhinoplasty surgeon and undergo digital photo morphing so you can preview what your result might look like. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised

It is not realistic to request a nose job that will look like a celebrity's nose. At best it give the surgeon your sense of aesthetics and will serve as a guidline to the procedure.
