Hello! For almost seven years I've wanted a nose job. More specifically, a thinner & longer nose. Penelope's nose has a very complicated shape as her nose is long but still the bulb can be prominent. I also nose that nose jobs alter the top lip. Here's what I mean when I say her nose is oddly but evenly shaped. And yes, I'm aware she herself got a nose job to shrink the bulb of her nose too.

Answer: Realistic rhinoplasty results A full set of pictures of the patient, not the celebrity is required before making any determination about what can and cannot be performed. It's important to understand that rhinoplasty surgeons modify existing bone and cartilage, underneath the skin tissue envelope. It is impossible to give someone a celebrity nose from someone else. Computer imaging of the nose in the office setting would also be helpful in the education process to see what can be accomplished

Showing us what you like is only a part of the discussion. A semi similar nose may be possible or may be completely impossible depending on your nose's cartilage and skin anatomy 3) a nosejob does not necessarily change the lip4) the nose has to fit the face. Penelope is attractive but by many measures she needs a nosejob. Her nose is too long and crowds her upper lip and the tip is heavy. She gets away with it because the rest of her face is very attractive and her personality and roles she plays is also attractive usually. 5) Ultimately you're saying you want a more natural longer nose but has to be possible depending on the starting point and has to fit your face.

Unfortunately, it really isn't practical to obtain someone else's nose via rhinoplasty. It doesn't work like that. Instead, your nose can be specifically modified to make favorable changes.
