I hate this part of my nose and my nose in general. What do I do?

The problem you are concerned with can be corrected either with surgery to bring the cartilages together or with filling agents to eliminate the depression.  The best approach can be determined at a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist.  At the time of your consultation computer imaging can be done to visualize potential results.  I use the Vectra 3-D imaging system, which helps patients fully understand the possibilities of the various treatment options.  Best regards.

The gap in the columella (part of nose between nostrils) is due to a cleft between the cartilages of the nasal tip (called the lower lateral cartilages). A rhinoplasty procedure can address that although I would not undergo the procedure for that reason alone. After all, the frontal view and profile view are most important; the base view is much less important. In a rhinoplasty, other parameters can be altered and it appears that you have a bulbous tip. I suggest you see a rhinoplasty expert to discuss those options with you in the presence of your legal guardian/parent. Best wishes!

  It is normal to have a cleavage between the 2 lower lateral cartilages of the columella. When the cleft becomes bothersome to patients, suture techniques and cartilage grafting techniques can fill in the  cleavage with a rhinoplasty procedure. This can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty approach under a brief general anesthetic. Since you're under age, you will need parental consent.

That area of your nose can be addressed with rhinoplasty. Go on some consultations and get some opinions from plastic surgeons who offer and specialize in rhinoplasty. Hope this helps.
