My nose makes me look ugly. I think it sort of looks like a monkeys nose. Any suggestions (photos)

Hard to assess the size of your nose without seeing it on your face. Outside of that there is nothing about your nose that looks particularly difficult.  The expectations of how small or  how much hump can/should be removed is always worth discussing.

 The rhinoplasty can address the hump reduction and adjusting the nostrils. A full set of photographs are required to make any determination about what can and cannot be accomplished with a rhinoplasty procedure. I believe you are a candidate for rhinoplasty surgery which will reduce the hump and refine the shape of your nose.  I don't see anything unusual in your nose that can not be corrected with rhinoplasty.  See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for best, most natural results.
