My nose makes me look ugly. I think it sort of looks like a monkeys nose. Any suggestions (photos)

I hate the way my nose looks its not very nice at all. It looks a lot worse in person. I would say it makes me look like a monkey. The nostrils are pretty strange and i dont like it from the side either. i prefere noses that you cannot see the nostrils much. What could be done about it. What sort of surgery or anything natural at all it does bother me. These two pictures dont look like the same nose but it is.

Thanks for the question. I advise my patients to start drinking alcohol, coffee  5-7 days after their rhinoplasty. Therefore you should consult with your surgeon for a reminder form before surgery. I wish you all the best.

You should not have any sort of nicotine during the healing process, for at least 4 weeks following surgery.  This can cause a lot of healing delays.  After having a major surgery like that you want to allow you body to heal completely and properly.
