Snuff (chewing tobacco pouches) a day after surgery?

Hello, I had a 3 hour deviated septum open rynoplasty surgery yesterday and I was wondering if I could chew the snuff chewing tobacco pouches? Or would this damage my sinuses or something? Thanks
