Question

I had blepharoplasty done 9 weeks ago, cyst like bumps formed, have had 3 kenalog shots and using silicone scar gel but bumps keep forming and getting worse. I look worse then before surgery and also noticed still eye lid droop as well. Right now main concern is getting rid of the bumps. My plastic surgeon said they can try to cut out bumps but she doesnt recommend doing, so for now she doesnt want to do any more treatments of kenalog. I'm so depressed over this...look horrible.

Small cysts which form along the incision line are fairly common after upper blepharoplasty surgery. The vast majority of these will go away on their own but can take a long time. It really takes 12-18 months to fully mature an upper blepharoplasty incision. I would recommend leaving the bumps alone and letting nature take its course for a minimum of 6 months. Your eyes will look much better when the redness goes away.

These sort of small lumps can form after upper eyelid surgery.  They can be small cysts, or suture "tracks" where the sutures passed through the skin. These usually will go away with time.  Your surgeon is right - no more steroid.  Will cause the tissue to become too thin.  So wait awhile longer.  If they don't go away your surgeon can remove them.

At 9 weeks I would expect the scar to be a little further along in the healing process.  I would suggest waiting to "cut out" any bumps as this will start the healing process over again.  Continue with your current treatment and stay in close touch with your surgeon.  The bumps should resolve with more time.

At 9 weeks, you are healing still. Although these bumps are not the usual course of healing, it can happen in some patients. You did the right thing in consulting with your surgeon. You may need more time before considering a scar revision.
