Is it possible to have surgery to make downturned eyes more upturned? (Photo)

Question

I'va always hated my downturned droopy eyes because they always make me look tired, sleepy and bored. Is there a surgery to make them more upturned or more almond-eye looking like the eyes of the girl I provided in the third picture? Thanks.

Getting them to look like the image in the after photograph is very unlikely.  A profound amount of surgery would be needed to accomplish something like that.  I think the risk, particularly, having surgery in Philippines is a results that is very unsatisfactory.  Please be careful what you look for.

Your eyes are beautiful and I would be afraid that any surgery to raise your lateral corner will narrow the opening of your eyes and make them "slit-like".  I really think you should leave them alone- they are beautiful.

You have a little bit of lowering of the lower eyelids on the outside corners, but overall I think your eyes are quite nice looking. A lateral canthoplasty might raise the corners a bit but I don't think it is necessary. Dr. Reynaldo Javate in Manila at UST is an excellent oculoplastic surgeon who could evaluate you.
