5 months post upper blepharoplasty. My scar is wide and noticeable. Is there a treatment that would enhance the results? (Photo)

My doctor place the incision too high and the scars are fully visible, after 5 months and 2 fraxel treatments the scar on my right eye is wide, dark and when I put makeup on I can see that it's also indented , will my scar be almost unnoticeable when I'm done with fraxel treatments? Is there any other treatment I can do to enhance the results? I heard about PRP injections, could that help? Or should I start trying to accept I'm going to have an ugly scar forever? Thank you!

The small part of the scar I see looks a little high and perhaps could be lowered after some time. There are topical treatments that could help the color. See you surgeon and ask about all your options.

A scar revision could help.  I would hold off on the laser treatments for now.  The effectiveness of PRP for scar improvement is questionable.  Please talk to your surgeon about revising the scar.

Thank you for your picture.  The laser pictures are not going to be helpful.  You will need a scar revision on the wide portion but your scar will always be somewhat visible.  Time will be most helpful to decrease the appearance of the scar.

Only seeing you in person and with the before photos would allow a determination of incision placement being to 'high'. As for possible therapies, I might try a bleaching agent to non invasive laser for hyper pigmentation. Fraxel is NOT the correct choice...

You should discuss with your surgeon doing a scar revision.  This would fix the problem completely.  Quite similar to doing a blepharoplasty and it can be done under local.  lasers won't help you much.  Do not inject steroids to avoid atrophy in the brow skin.
