Answer: Internal bra for bottoming out It looks like the nipple position would be OK if the implants could be held in a higher position, but the skin envelope is too thin and weak to do that without help. An internal bra with Galaflex can accomplish both. The mastopexy would need to be revised, and given the long distance between the nipple and the bottom fold, convert to a standard pattern.

Answer: Bottoming Out / The Original Internal Bra Good evening! You definitely need a revision- your scars are terrible and you have significant bottoming out. I recommend the Original Internal Bra, a technique I developed over 20 years ago to correct bottoming out. This technique consists of strong, permanent internal sutures, which will lift your implant pockets, giving you better upper pole fullness and cleavage, correcting your bottoming out, and providing strong, permanent support moving forward. This is the most common revision procedure I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Cool692179, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
