I have had implants for a year now. I did a lift with 510cc ultra high profile silicone implants and I feel they are just too small from the look I am wanting. I want more full breasts.
Answer: Redo breasts augmentation with a lift Dear Sociable, Thanks for posting your picture, though an additional side view picture would have been helpful. Also, you did not provide us with your chest circumference measurement in inches, which is critical for the correct implants size selection. From observing the picture, your breasts appear C cup size and they bottomed out, so to achieve your goal of more upper pole fullness , you will benefit from the following maneuvers: 1. Redo the breasts lift procedure that will shorten the lower pole and push the implants upward. 2. Inferior capsulorrhaphy (internal bra) that will raise the sub mammary crease and lift the implants upward. 3. Superior capsulotomy (scar release) that will allow the implants to move upward , giving you more fullness of the upper pole and nice slope. These maneuvers will give you moderate improvement of the upper pole fullness, so if you want more noticeable change, you can replace the 510 cc implants with 600 cc implants to bring you to a full C cup size. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of redo breasts augmentation in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking. Best of luck, Dr Widder

Answer: 200cc? Good afternoon! It takes 100cc to see even the slightest difference, and 200-250cc to make a cup size, so to address your question- no, 200cc will not make a HUGE difference- a noticeable difference yes.

Answer: Implants I would not suggest going larger since your implants are bottoming out in your photo. It does not appear that your tissue is supporting this size well, and may do even worse with larger and heavier implants. You would probably do best with smaller implants and tightening the lower pockets to repostition your implants to sit higher.

Answer: Feeling my 510cc ultra high profile silicone implants are too small, will 700cc make a huge difference in size? (photos) Your implants have dropped below their ideal location, called bottoming out. This is why you are flat in the upper part of your breasts. To correct this you will need an additional mastopexy (uplift)and also a sheet of stratus placed inside your implant pocket at the bottom of the implant. This will prevent the bottoming out from recurring. You could also get a larger implant or use fat grafts to put more volume in this upper area of your breasts. Thank you for your question and photo, and good luck.

Answer: Feeling my 510cc ultra high profile silicone implants are too small, will 700cc make a huge difference in size? Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a breast lift, this would reshape the tissue with skin tightening. Breast fat transfer is a great tool to balance breasts, improve symmetry. Implants that big would make your breast sag more.
