Breast implant exchange 345cc Moderate profile to 500cc HP implants, will my breasts be too big? (Photos)

I think 500cc HP will look very nice, but I would also consider having the Original Internal Bra. This is my strong permanent internal suturing technique which lifts your implants from the inside, creating more upper pole fullness and cleavage. This is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Your breasts are too low on your chest wall. Adding additional weight of 500 cc implants will make your situation worse. If you want upper pole fullness at this time, the least invasive technique would be fat transfers to the upper pole. At size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. At size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change.

Thanks for posting your pictures. From observing your pictures, indeed your breasts appear to be perky full C/small D , however, you did not provide us with your chest circumference in inches, which is critical for the correct implants size selection.
Let's assume that you are currently 34 small D . Replacing your 345 cc implants with 500 cc implants will increase your breasts size to 34 DD. Is that a size that you are comfortable with? In my opinion it is too big, but this is a personal preference. If your goal is just a fuller upper pole I would recommend 425 cc implants , however, you might need also to have capsulotomy (scar release) of the superior capsule , in order to allow the implant to fill the upper pole and give you a natural looking slope.
Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of redo breasts augmentation in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive.

It appears that your gummy bear implants are the round type, not the textured shaped ones (style 410). It also looks like the diameter of the implants matches the base width of your breasts, so if you replace with the same diameter your options would be 415 cc in a full profile or 495 on the extra full. The larger implants will look less natural, and may be more likely to sag over time but could give you a lifted look for a while.
