Hello, I plan on exchanging my gummybear natrelle allergan moderate profile implants to 500cc implants. I am a large C small D cup. I want more upper pole fullness, however I'm scared it will make my boobs look too fake. I was wondering if the HP 500cc will give me a lifted look. I do love how soft and bouncy my breast currently are, but I want more upper pole fullness. Would 500cc be enough to create a difference?

Answer: Fat transfers instead of larger implants Your breasts are too low on your chest wall. Adding additional weight of 500 cc implants will make your situation worse. If you want upper pole fullness at this time, the least invasive technique would be fat transfers to the upper pole. At size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. At size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change.

Answer: Size You have a very nice size now, and will be going up about a cup in size. this will be a heavier breast and more likely to sag over time. Placing the implant behind the muscle will give more upper pole fullness, as well as changing the shape to a round implant that is a little taller.
