Thanks for the question. Choosing the right implant for your frame is not an easy decision. Its good that you have tried few sizers . you can also see a surgeon who offers 3D simulation with these implants to give you better idea with these implants . the surgeon will guide with chasing the right implant for your breast base and projection. Depending on the amount of breast tissue, you should go smaller than your breast base measurements. From the pictures i cant make out if your IMF is at the same level. Your surgeon will guide you with these.

There really isn't much difference between any of those sizes, and I don't think any of them are too big for you- perhaps overthinking it a bit- good luck!

Unfortunately, the question is far simpler than the answer, which can only be determined with a careful examination and detailed discussion with your plastic surgeon. Volume (340 versus 290), is far significant, but as you already well know, implant width and projection are equally important.

Because all of these considerations can leave you quite confused, it is crucial that you select an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetics align with your own, and with whom you feel comfortable. Ask your surgeon the questions you are posing here. Don't be reluctant to seek a second or even third opinion to be sure and feel confident. The photographs of your "favorites" or ideal are critical, and your surgeon can and should decide in surgery which implant brings you closest to your goal. Expressing your desired cup size is notoriously inaccurate, and final breast size is the most common reason for patient disappointment after breast augmentation, either too big or not big enough.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Motiva Demi will not give you too much projection, that’s a better choice than mini. In ladies with small breasts, implants ideally need to be placed behind the muscles to prevent visibility and rippling.Best wishes

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and ask to try on both sizes so you can actually see what you like. There is only about a tablespoon difference between the two sizes.

You are overthinking it. Your surgeon should have measured your dimensions and would be the best person to advise on the appropriate width and projection. The volume you are considering is 2-3 cup sizes depending on your frame. Both Demi and mini implants typically look very natural in a sub muscular space. There is only a tablespoon of volume between the higher and lower ranges you mentioned. If you trust your surgeon then listen to his/her advice.
