Answer: Lines when you smile Hello there. Your issues are due to a combination of volume loss and skin laxity which can easily be addressed with dermal fillers and laser skin tightening. Dermal fillers alone may address the issue.

Answer: Mature skin and wrinkles Hello Rozi, There are many modalities of treating the fine lines you describe, ranging from a laser like Affirm to fine molecular filler, or PRP's. Coincidentally these are the procedures I am very fond of. Please feel free to review the photos provided in my portfolio. I suggest a consultation with your provider to decide what would work best for you. Best, Oxana Popescu MD

Answer: Facial Lines There are a number of options to help with facial lines. Liquid Facelift uses advanced techniques to gently lift, soften lines, and contour facial features without surgery and little downtime. Fillers such as Juvederm, Volbella, Voluma, Radiesse, Sculptra, and even your own fat can lift your skin and recontour your face restoring a more youthful appearance. Lips that thin with aging can be made plumper and more kissable, and fine lines around the lips be reduced. Topical creams and non-ablative laser treatments can also help rejuvenate your skin and help improve fine lines. Thermage is a non-invasive (no incision!) treatment that can tighten skin, renew facial contours, and stimulate your body to make healthier collagen—the building block that provides structure to your skin. The procedure uses radiofrequency technology called ThermaCool that has been clinically proven to tighten and gently lift skin to smooth out wrinkles and renew facial contours. Fast and easy, Thermage requires no downtime from normal activities. However, Thermage can have variable results if not performed by an experienced doctor. It's important, of course, to make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon because results can be variable depending on who is performing the procedure.
