Botox will probably work. About 15 units to start. Will probably need about 3 sessions each 3 months apart for this to resolve. If it does not resolve by then, then consider a dermal filler, such as volbella.

Kybella along your jawline and submental area should sharpen your jawline and this is mostly permanent. You need a skilled injector to do this. Dermal filler into your recessed chin and along the jawline would look great, but it needs repeated each year. A combination of both would be best, but again the skill of the injector is most important.

This can happen with Botox injected to the Masseter muscles. The risoroius and Zygomaticus muscles can inadvertently be injected usually because the injector was too medial and too superficial with the injection. Fortunately, it will recover by 6 months so you will be fine by your April wedding.

The "pouch" on each side of your mouth can easily be treated with a small amount of Kybella injected into this area. Kybella dissolves fat permanently. About 3 injections of 0.1 cc Kybella on each side and then repeat this in 6 weeks should significantly reduce this pouch. This is very inexpensive because such a small amount is needed. However, your injector needs to be very skilled and experienced with doing this. You could also have 1 cc of dermal filler injected along the marionette (just medial to the pouch) and pre-jowl sulcus.

I would start by giving you a small amount of Kybella to the area on the outside of your marionette lines to dissolve the extra fat in this area. This is inexpensive (About $250 per visit), will require 2-3 visits 6 weeks apart and permanently reduces this, but it takes a few months to get full results. In a few months when the marionette Lines are much smaller, I would then place a small amount of a dermal filler on the inside of the marionette. You will then need a a small amount of dermal filler about once a year to keep it looking great. Make sure your injector knows how and is experienced in injecting Kybella in this area.
