Hi, I have a depressed lower abdomen scar just above the base of my penis (in the pubic hair line) post a botched surgical procedure that didn’t heal properly. I have since had a second corrective surgery to reduce the scar indentation 7 years ago, however the indentation is still there. The scar is approx. 5cm long, 2cm wide and 0.5cm deep. I have been advised dermal fillers would be the best solution to fill out the depression. Is this a good solution? I don’t want to undergo any more surgery.
