I am 57 and been getting botox injections (for my crows feet area) and bolotero for under eye trough. As you can see in my picture, even with both of these injections, I can't get rid of the deep long lines under my eyes. Is there another product that will help or do I need to have surgery to get rid of these lines??

It appears you have fat bag under eye. You may fair better with transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat redraping but I need to examine you to better help you.
