I am 57 and been getting botox injections (for my crows feet area) and bolotero for under eye trough. As you can see in my picture, even with both of these injections, I can't get rid of the deep long lines under my eyes. Is there another product that will help or do I need to have surgery to get rid of these lines??
Answer: PRP? Hi, and thank you for your question. I have some good news. Our office is having some pretty remarkable results with PRP ( Platelet Rich Plasma) in the areas you have been treated previously. It is completely natural as it is your own plasma that we inject into the tissues. Treatments are spaced 5 weeks apart and generally two treatments are sufficient. In our office the cost of these two procedures is the cost of one filler approx $700. Please investigate this on the internet or speak with your injector. It works.Good luck!

Answer: Botox for horizontal lines under eyes About 2 units of Botox along the horizontal crease under each eye may help. Medical grade eye cream, microneedling, laser treatments are also good options.
