How can I get rid of long horizontal lines under my eyes? (Photo)

Its reasonable to try a different, thicker filler like Volbella, Restylane Silk, Juvederm Ultra XC or even Vollure ( all in increasing order of thickness and length of stay of result).  After reviewing the photos, you'll have a just as good a  result with this, as compared with surgery. Surgery would be more definitive though, in that it would be longer lasting.  Good Luck,Samir

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. You may want to try a stronger filler like Restylane. It will give you a better result and last longer. After you fill then you can do Fraxel laser around the eyes. This will stimulate collagen growth which will help tighten the skin and minimize fine lines. Combination Botox and fillers are a good idea. I would consider doing microneedling using PRP,use  good medical grade eye creams, consider trying another filler. 

Hi, and thank you for your question. I have some good news. Our office is having some pretty remarkable results with PRP ( Platelet Rich Plasma) in the areas you have been treated previously. It is completely natural as it is your own plasma that we inject into the tissues. Treatments are spaced 5 weeks apart and generally two treatments are sufficient. About 2 units of Botox along the horizontal crease under each eye may help. Medical grade eye cream, microneedling, laser treatments are also good options.

The area under the eyes can be a frustrating part of our face!  It is great that you are treating those lines with a combination of filler and Botox.  I assume you are staying up on your Botox by receiving it every 3-4 months.I advise my patients who are worried about lines under the eyes that it is very important to use a medical-grade eye cream.  I like Revision's DEJ eye cream and Skin Medica's Dermal Eye Repair.  Both these help to stimulate collagen and elastin production, which decreases fine lines.  In addition, they are both very hydrating, which helps to "plump" the lines so they aren't so visible.You can also consider treatments which increase collagen production, such as Ulthera or microneedling.  I recommend a consultation with a physician who specializes in aesthetic medicine.

Thanks for sharing your question and photo. I would start with a small amount of Botox under the eyes which will soften the lines but probably not get rid of them completely. I would combine the Botox treatment with a good eyecream.

Non-surgical treatments of under eyes wrinkles are best achieved with a combination of Botox, dermal fillers, micro-needling with PRP, lasers and radio-frequency treatments. Without a proper examination it is hard to tell, but you may also be a candidate for surgery. I recommend seeing an expert in eyelid surgery in your area for an in-person evaluation.
