I have lots of fine lines mainly under my eyes and I feel like they age me. What treatments can I get to look more 'youthful' and refreshed again? I am open to permanent surgey if necessary and/or fillers.

Botulinum toxins like Botox are a great treatment for the lines that radiate from the side of the eyes, and a little bit can also be put under the eyes for dynamic wrinkles.  Filler may be helpful too, especially if you have a tear trough that's deep. Best to see a physician such as a dermatologist for optimal results and safety.

lines that begin at the outside corners of the eyes and radiate
outwards. By relaxing the muscles responsible for the lines; a
natural smoothing occurs. A skin tightening treatment using
radiofrequency technology would tighten the whole area, including the
delicate skin below the eyes. Dermal fillers are also an option to
plump the area below the eyes to smooth lines&mdash;but in your case,
Botox + skin tightening might yield a better result. Be sure to
