Best brand of hyaluronic acid filler for tear trough?

Question

I'm looking into getting fillers for the hollowness of my under eye area but I'm researching first. I asked recently to one plastic surgeon and said he used Mesoestetic, which I've never heard before. I'm also open to other methods of putting an end to this problem. I'm a 22 yeard old female.

I would recommend Restylane. Restylane adds volume and fullness to the skin and should last for several months. It is commonly known to help improve the tear trough area. I always recommend a consultation to make sure you go with the correct filler.

If your eyes are hollow I would recommend trying Restylane.  It is safe and effective and usually lasts 6-12 months.  I would not recommend Juvederm because of the potential of causing a bluish discoloration.  As being the the first time, I don't recommend fat grafting since you don't know if you will like or not and it is not reversible unlike Restylane which can be.

Thank You for your question,I would recommend Restylane-L by Galderma for the Tear Troughs, as this is a softer HA filler that fills in the hollowness very nicely giving a natural appearance. This filler typically last 6-12 months. Benefit to trying a filler before a surgery is the filler is reversible. Always have a consultation before any procedure to make sure you are comfortable with your treatment and injector.

There are several fillers that injectors use; however, in my practice I only use Allergan products. The patients are happy and have amazing results with Juvederm and it can also be reversed.  The more permanent solution is fat grafting which you should see a board certified plastic surgeon for.

Hi,  the hollowness under your eye are is due to loss of fat and volume. Your only 2 options are HA fillers like Restylane or Juvederm or Fat grafting.That's it.  HA filers, safe, quick, reversible and with minimal downtime.  Fat grafting is a mini surgery which is more involved.
