Is there a doctor in San Diego that is very talented and skilled at injecting fillers in the tear troughs that I can trust?

I almost always use microcannulas in the tear trough area to minimize the risks of bleeding, bruising, and swelling. Your lump lines sound like improperly placed filler. This is a difficult area to inject and requires knowledge of anatomy for optimal results. The tear troughs are not an area you want injected by a nurse or PA. I recommend tear trough injections with cannulas to limit complications. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement for under the eyes. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often.
