Can anyone recommended an experienced doctor in the Colorado Springs area to inject a tear trough filler? (Photo)

I am looking to get a filler injected in my tear troughs. I am having trouble finding the right person to perform the procedure. Is there anyone on here that has got this area injected that can recommend an experienced doctor to perform my injections? Photos and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

To answer your question better, it would help to have a more complete picture that shows your mid face (cheek) as well.  As an experienced injector, I rarely treat just the tear troughs alone since so many other adjacent structures affect this area and can contribute to a more optimal result when treated together. A common treatment approach for me is to begin with light volumization of the cheeks and then gauge the overall effects on the tear trough area.  Simply be adding volume here, the area beneath the eyes often will lift up and nothing will be needed.  But if you begin with the TT area and add volume and you have a flattened mid face, then the end result looks overdone and abnormal.  I encourage you to carefully evaluate who you are going to inject this area since the TT's tend to be one of the more over-filled and screwed up areas that we see.  I hope that helps and wish you the very best!-Gregory A Buford MD FACSBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon

I recommend injections with cannulas to this area to limit complications. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement to this area. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. Don't let distance dissuade you. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
