Best material for jaw angle implant that won't cause bone loss, movement & is durable/lifelong?

i am 22 year old male and i am a boxer 5.10 height I do boxing and what material of jaw angle implant will suit for me If i am definitely having one

Facial implants are typically made out of solid silicone with the exception of Medpor that uses a porous material.

All facial implants have some drawbacks and some advantages.

Bone erosion is simply something that happens but it tends to not be a major clinical issue for the great majority of people who get implants.

The most important variable in the end is probably who does the surgery.
