Why is there a dent on chin area after a medium TCA peel? I am 10 months post op chin implant

I am 10 months post op a chin implant then decided to have a TCA peel to rejuvenate my facial skin. After the second day of application I woke up in the morning with a dent on the chin area where I have my chin implant (looks like a cleft chin) What could have possibly happened?
