Had implant removed after contracture. Capsule was supposedly removed also but part of it can still feel. Had fluid removed by aspiration time 2 and drain inserted 2 years ago. Fluid is again filling cavity.

Since you are now pregnant, no, your implants should not be removed. No surgeon will want to put your baby to extra risks right now. The pain is probably from your hormones and should improve with time. Once you have settled down after completing breast feeding can the implants be safely removed.
