Cartilage shift/pinched tip - would a revision rhinoplasty fix this? (Photos)

lnk000
I had septo rhinoplasty 6 years ago and felt it was made too narrow in the bridge, pinched tip, like a pointy appearance. The past year I’ve noticed a hard white line on my tip I assume is cartilage. My nose also seems to droop and have weird lines on the sides when I smile. Would a revision rhinoplasty fix these issues?
