Deviated septum and extremely hard tip with two points, 10 years post op - can this be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I had my primary 10 years ago and my tip is extremely hard and has two points, I believe they're "bossae" that are very hard to touch and sharp. One each side which makes my tip look very pointy/boxy, and not good from the 3/4 right side angle. I also believe my septum is pretty deviated. I have a steady runny nose on the left side (the side which it is crooked to)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
