Seeking 2nd Revision Rhinoplasty - Room for improvement? (Photos)

I had a primary rhinoplasty in 2023 to reduce a dorsal hump and keep a straight, masculine profile. I liked my frontal view pre-op and didn’t want changes there. I later had a no-charge revision to remove a recurrent cyst on the upper right side of my nose, and some tip cartilage was trimmed to straighten a residual tip hump. I’m now ~7 months post-revision and unhappy with how wide my nose looks from the front compared to pre-op—especially when I smile. It feels less defined. Do you think I’m a good candidate for another revision with a realistic chance of improving frontal width and definition, or would the risks likely outweigh the benefits?
