Seeking 2nd Revision Rhinoplasty - Room for improvement? (Photos)

You posted a photo of the side of your nose, not the front, yet your question and much of what you discuss are related to frontal view. Did you post hte wrong picture?

...because it doesn't show the width from the front that you're complaining of. If that's post-revision, is that the contour of the profile that you wanted?

In general the tip will continue to get narrower for several more months, so it's not possible yet to say whether a revision will improve the frontal view, even if I could see it! First you should wait until enough time passes to allow more swelling to subside.

Hello and thank you for your question. There may have been an error uploading the photographs. I only see one side view photograph that appears to be a preoperative picture. Based on your description, you may benefit from a tip refining revision rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
