I'm almost 6 months post-op I used to have a wide pyramid-shaped nasal bone before surgery I want to bring back that same width and the original hump without using onlay grafts or soft tissue over bone can this be done just by re-breaking and repositioning the bone to restore both the width and the height of my old bridge ,Using cartilage on the bridge is fine for me but especially for the width my preference is not using any onlay grafts on the side walls of the bone , exacly how it was before is what im asking something that could be done and will wideing the nasal bone in theory make the bridge loose hight in response? Is it possible to get the sqme width and contor back for this part
