What can I do about my nose? Is there anything I can do to change the tip shape besides a full revision? (Photo)

I am 53 female. It has been 27 months since my rhinoplasty. I am not fully satisfied with this tip. I was going to have a revision but my dr and I decided to wait and use steroids. It looked ok for a bit, but quickly lost shape. I did CO2 laser which did seem to make the skin tighter on the nose. I dont know what to do. Should I revise it? It took so long to heal and I am a little afraid. Is there anything else I can do to give more shape to the tip?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining revision rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
