1 year post rhinoplasty revision - how can I fix my nostrils? (Photos)

Hi! - Original Rhino, February 2022. Tip came out super circular, could see a lot of cartilige on my septum and tip & extreme retraction in my right nostril. - June 2024, revision with new Dr. Used rib, main goal being to fix the retracted nostril and smooth out the tip. Tip was lowered a bit and I believe some fat was put on my tip to smooth it over but doesn’t seem to have helped much. Over 1 year post op and I’m still finding I have some issues as swelling goes down. Problems: - Still have retraction in my right nostril, wide compared to my left one which looks good. (Still better than after original rhinoplasty) - Can see white cartilige of graft? In my columella area. - Large shade on right nostril where the tip is, from what looks like the graft on right so of my columella moving into the middle instead of next to nostril. - Internal redness on columella area, not sure why - Stitch scar on both side of columella Drs suggestions under twilight to tweak - Cut alar base on right nostril and pull it down so it’s slimmer and helps the retraction, I feel like this may be needed as I’m still too nostrily front on. - Use skin inside my nostril where retraction is to help how it looks - Possibly removal of some scar tissue - Stitch close the scar that’s there This all sounds like it’d make it look better but do I risk ruining my nose more? I’m really unhappy with it right now and I get married next year and want to feel happy with how it looks.
